ARM SLOT: when moving glove side, we want to throw with a lower arm slot. This allows you to keep the nose over the toes, and release quicker. Not all arm slots are going to look the exact same, and yes, it might not be as hard of a throw as if you were to get up, but thats the goal. With a plus runner, we want to release quickly with less velocity, versus release slower with more velocity. Throw it from where you catch it. #PryorDevelopment
