EFFORTLESS: Infielders need to learn how to operate in a certain speed to make their movements look effortless while staying efficient! Trying to”too hard” and moving too fast creates erratic movements and less efficiency. Moving “too slow” can create the illusion of “not trying” or not being able to hit a desired speed. There is a sweet spot in between those two that allows you to show controlled , effortless movement, while simultaneously showing you have more in the tank if needed!
