Here's to you, Fort Wayne's Johnny Aye. At 16 years old, on Saturday he became the youngest player to appear in a match for Fort Wayne Football Club at the professional level. (We defeated Greenville Triumph SC 3-0.) Aye, heading into his junior year at Northrop, already held the club mark for youngest player; at 15, he entered a match in 2025 when we played in USL League Two.
