Mahalo, Kauaʻi. Looking back on the past eight years, one thing is clear: this island’s greatest strength has always been its people. From navigating a pandemic and natural disasters to delivering projects that will serve Kauaʻi for generations, none of it would have been possible without you. To every resident who showed up, stayed home when it mattered, lent a hand to a neighbor, and believed in the work, mahalo nui loa.
