Ukraine targeted Moscow and the surrounding region with about 400 drones overnight, wounding two people and setting buildings on fire, Russian officials said on Monday. The attack followed Russian strikes on Ukrainian ports and vessels, which Moscow said its forces carried out on Sunday.
