He makes what might be my favorite dirty martini in Dallas because he makes his own olive brine!! He even whipped us up a spicy margarita using my Creamy Green Sauce, and now I need that on every cocktail menu!!! Heres what to get: 1️⃣Peach stracciatella & country ham: GET IT 2️⃣Bonny Melon with coriander & lime: so fresh, the olive oil was amazing on this 3️⃣Pork Belly: paired with peaches literally melts in your mouth 4️⃣Corn Carbonara: HOLY F.
