The journey so far! After spending time in that detention centre, I promised myself I’d never return. I found bodybuilding and it gave me an opportunity to better myself, I just knew something good was going to come from pursuing this. I had one egg and one basket, for me it was all or nothing. I focussed my entire being on doing something positive and my intention was to make a career out of this. I spent hours reading the wisdom of Arthur Jones and Mike Mentzer, and took their principles to form what is now known as Dorian Yates High Intensity Training. I’ve trained many people in person, and so I created DY Academy so that I could connect with you guys and help you to progress in the fastest way possible using my methods.
