As many as 200 trained disaster workers with thousands of relief supply items are ready to join their fellow Red Crossers already on the ground in Guam after Typhoon Mawar devastated the island with intense winds, flooding rains and a life-threatening storm surge. Sadly, this is the strongest storm to have impacted Guam in the past 20 years. 💔 Most of the island is without power, and some areas are flooded and without water or means of communication.
