Another terrifying Ottawa Child Emergency‼️😨 A child was rushed to hospital after being found face-down in the wading pool at Sylvia Holden Park. The incident comes after multiple recent tragedies involving children across the city, including fatal water-related emergencies and young children falling from high-rise buildings.
