"I will be traveling internationally and panicked when I realized I did not have my purse. I tried retracing my steps and found that I had inadvertently left it in a carriage in the parking lot at your Norwalk store. It was especially concerning because my passport was in there and I had very little time to replace it! When I called the Customer Service staff reassured me that my purse was there with everything in it. I could not be more grateful for their honesty and diligence at helping me to get it back. I was heartbroken, not so much about the contents - but the purse and wallet belonged to my mom, who passed away many years ago - and it has great sentimental value to me. Finding that everything was safe and sound - and when I arrived the Customer Service team could not have been warmer or more sympathetic to my distress at having thought it was gone forever.
