โ—Fiatโ€™s tiny 8-horsepower Topolino has officially landed in America with a price tag of $13,995, plus a $990 destination fee. The two-seat electric microcar offers up to 46 miles of range from its 5.4-kWh battery and currently tops out at just 19 mph. Buyers can choose either the standard enclosed model or the open-air Dolce Vita version with rope-style doors and a roll-back roof for the same price. For now, the Topolino is mainly intended for private communities, resorts, campuses, and other controlled environments rather than normal public roads. Fiat says a free street-legal conversion kit is expected later in 2026, raising its top speed to 25 mph and allowing it to operate on many roads with speed limits of 35 mph or less, depending on local laws.
