Howard Marks has put two neighboring villas on Mallorca’s sought-after Formentor peninsula on the market for a combined €62 million (about $70 million). The Oaktree Capital Management cofounder and his wife, Nancy, have owned the properties for more than a decade, transforming them into private holiday retreats overlooking Pollensa Bay. The property includes the circa-1940 La Posada, renovated by acclaimed designer Michael S. Smith with an emphasis on traditional Mallorcan craftsmanship, and the more contemporary Sa Punta, a glass-wrapped residence designed to capture panoramic Mediterranean views.
