Malcolm-Jamal Warner's widow Tenisha Warner filed a $1.2 million lawsuit against his mom Pamela Warner—the manager of his trust—over alleged unfulfilled prenup matters before the actor's death. According to court documents obtained by E! News, Tenisha filed a creditor’s claim and related civil lawsuit in Georgia, as well as a separate California petition involving the Warner Family Trust. Tenisha alleges Malcolm failed to fulfill several financial promises included in their premarital agreement, including maintaining a $1 million life insurance policy naming her as the sole beneficiary, making annual tax-free payments, funding a Roth IRA and paying her a monthly salary for serving as his chief of staff.
