Scenes from my USA Roadtrip
I recently took three Sigma lenses and my Sony a7V on a road trip around the United States. My goal for the trip was to capture more video. I am such a photo focused person, so dedicating a kit to capture video was my challenge.
I wanted to make sure that while capturing video, I was getting unique perspectives. I chose one wide, one standard zoom, and one telephoto lens to try to achieve this.
I picked the Sigma 14mm F1.4 DG | Art Lens as my wide lens because it's the widest non fish eye lens that I could find.
I picked the Sigma 28-45mm F1.8 DG DN | Art Lens because it's the full frame version of a legendary Sigma video lens for APS-C which is the Sigma 18-35mm F1.8 DC HSM | Art Lens.
And finally, I chose the Sigma 135mm F1.4 DG | Art Lens as my telephoto to be able to capture more compressed shots with the blurriest background possible if I needed it.
