There’s a new spot in Boston that makes burgers and Shawarma. The mission was to combine east and west favorites, bringing them together by putting them on the same delicious homemade bun. I tried both and I honestly don’t know which one I liked better, the chicken of the Shawarma was really well seasoned, but the double smash topped with onions, lettuce and their sauce was so good. I love that this locally owned spot is an option for a good burger in Boston. The owner is Egyptian so immediately I trusted that the Shawarma was going to be delicious. The two guys on the logo…. Burg and Shaw represent the two cultures. I love this concept! #boston #burger #shawarma
