Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola, better known as DJ Cuppy, visited
#UnitedNations Headquarters ahead of Saturday’s
#MandelaDay to honour Nelson Mandela’s lifelong commitment to freedom, justice and equality.
Standing beside Nelson Mandela's sculpture in the General Assembly Building, she encouraged people everywhere to draw inspiration from his legacy and take action to help build a better future for all.
Her message echoes the spirit of the 67 Minutes for Mandela campaign, which encourages everyone to dedicate 67 minutes to helping others in honour of the 67 years Mandela devoted to public service.
