The U.S. military said it's launching the 10th consecutive night of strikes against Iran starting at 4 p.m. ET on Monday. The strikes continued after the death of American service members in the Middle East and Iranian attacks on Kuwait, Jordan and Bahrain, home to the U.S. Navy’s 5th Fleet. The Pentagon identified those killed in the attack on the Jordanian base as 1st Lt. Tyler James Feehan, 25, of Ewa Beach, Hawaii, and Pvt. Isabella Gonzales, 19, of Carrollton, Texas. The deaths bring the number of U.S. service members killed during the nearly five-month war to 17. "Every time Iran kills an American Soldier they will pay for that killing many times over!" President Donald Trump wrote on Truth Social on Monday afternoon. "This directive has been passed on to Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Daniel Caine, and every Leader in the Military."
