🚒 HEADED TO OREGON. Ten CAL FIRE personnel have deployed to Oregon to support firefighting efforts on the East Evans Creek Fire. This marks California’s first deployment under the Northwest Compact, a mutual aid agreement that enables western states to rapidly share firefighting personnel and resources during emergencies. While supporting our partners in Oregon, we remain fully staffed and prepared to respond to incidents across California.
