For over 35 years, Guillermo Solis has meticulously maintained the gardens of the owners of Roger’s Gardens. Mo, as all his friends call him, is also an expert avocado grower. 🥑🥑🥑 He is a master plantsman who does not use pesticides. Mo has spent many years learning the rhythms of plants, seasons, and soil. On several acres in Fallbrook, Mo has planted, nurtured and cultivated some of the best avocados in San Diego County. First, it was just a little patch of land and a handful of young trees. Then he added a few more and now, it’s a full orchard.
