They’re looking for experiences that make them feel seen, understood and valued. That’s where your greatest advantage lies. The future won’t belong to those who try to outcompete AI. It will belong to those who become better humans. Kindness. Presence. Empathy. Trust. These aren’t soft skills anymore.
