I came for the staycation… but dinner ended up being the highlight of my night. ✨ One of my favorite parts of traveling🩵even close to home is finding those unexpected spots that make you slow down and actually enjoy the moment. Tonight at Mamey, I started with the Tomatillo & Guacamole Salsa Duo, a refreshing Rucola Citrus Salad, and some incredible tostones before moving on to the Pork Chop with creamy potato purée and honey dijon sauce. And because balance is important… there was chocolate mousse. 🤍 The food was beautiful, but what I loved most was the atmosphere. Warm, vibrant, and the kind of place where you forget to check your phone because you’re too busy enjoying yourself.
