The fusion of Peruvian + Japanese flavors here is honestly next level. Ava was obsessed with the shrimp tempura 🍤 and surprisingly LOVED the Lomo Saltado — marinated tenderloin steak with vegetables and rice that was absolutely melt-in-your-mouth perfection. And the sushi… WOW. As people spoiled from living in New York for over a decade, I do not say this lightly: this was some of the BEST sushi we’ve had on this coast of Florida. The freshness of the octopus, the crudo, every single bite burst with flavor. The vibe is sleek, upscale, and elevated… but somehow still so comfortable for bringing Ava, which made the whole experience even better for our family nights out.
