The results were surprisingly consistent. Employers weren’t asking for dozens of random certifications. Some of the most frequently requested certifications included Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Databricks Certified Machine Learning Professional, NVIDIA AI Infrastructure Certifications, NVIDIA Certified Professional: Agentic AI LLMs, and Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate.
