Most players spend hours practicing… but still struggle in matches. Why?
Because practice doesn’t always translate to play.
That’s why I use a simple format:
Play → Practice → Play 🎾
We start by playing to expose real patterns and mistakes. Then we pause, work on that specific skill with intention, and go right back into play to apply it under pressure.
That immediate feedback loop is where the magic happens — skills don’t just improve, they stick.
And honestly, that’s why my students enjoy it so much… it feels like real tennis the whole time.
Comment “FORMAT” below and I’ll share more details about this method with real examples 👇
