A Vegan's review of the Odyssey. clearly there are themes of animal sacrifice to the gods but then also themes of those same animals as sacred. And if one were to abuse the animals protected by the gods then you would have suffer. if all animals are the creation of God then wouldn't God's creatures be something sacred altogether? In our modern world why is it that some animals we respect and other animals we do not don't? What have pigs chickens cows and fish ever done to us that is horrible that they deserve to be slaughtered ? #animalliberation #odyssey #veganism
