Recruitment team spotlight: Primary Recruitment Director @mollymaherrr ⚜️⚜️ Hi everyone!! My name is Molly Maher, and I am a rising junior from Long Island, New York. I have the absolute privilege of serving as the Director of Primary Recruitment for Kappa. It’s hard to find the words to fully capture how much joy, growth, and unconditional love Kappa has brought into my life over the past two years. Coming to Clemson from New York, without knowing a single person, was extremely overwhelming and intimidating. From the moment I stepped foot in Kappa, I felt a wave of relief and belonging. The women I met were warm, kind, and related a sense of authenticity that immediately drew me in. After going through recruitment, I fell in love with the process and knew I wanted to be a part of creating the same feeling of comfort and connection for other girls.
