Growing up, I never had these opportunities and was actually the first person in my family to have a passport and travel internationally. So as a leader, I strive to embrace these travel experiences with my students as a first time lens and perspective. Service and exploration programs have been my favorite because I have been able to build lasting relationships with both my students, my co leaders, and people within the community. With over 5 trips under my belt, I'm grateful to have been able to see the world and connect with so many people.
