The National Sports Center (NSC) and Minnesota Amateur Sports Commission (MASC) staff were excited to celebrate #EarthDay by participating in the #GreatGlobalCleanup and implementing sustainability improvements across NSC facilities. Staff volunteers gathered in small groups over two days to clean up the NSC’s outdoor fields. With over 50 soccer fields, that’s a lot of ground to cover! Additionally, Victory Links Golf Course deployed a brand new fleet of E-Z-Go electric golf carts. This upgrade from a traditionally fueled fleet will help improve air quality by eliminating direct emission pollutants and reducing life cycle emissions.
