back & bi 💓 Spring energy is exactly what I needed. 🌷The weather’s been so much nicer lately, and it’s been making my lifts and mindset feel 10x lighter. ☀️🤞I’ve been super consistent with cardio and abs, and I can finally see the difference—and yes, a cute outfit always hits harder in the gym. I’ve also started taking hydration seriously for the first time, and it’s wild how much it’s helping. Little changes, big impact.
