LEG DAY 🩷 Something I haven’t really talked about—I’ve spent most of my life not eating a lot. Not because I didn’t want to, but because I just never had a big appetite. šŸ½ļø For a long time, I was barely eating a meal a day. But recently, I’ve been focused on growing my lower body, and that’s impossible without fueling my muscles properly. To be completely transparent I’m about 10lbs heavier now. This is actually the heaviest I’ve ever been, which has been an adjustment mentally. I’ve always been the same weight, and seeing my body change—especially my stomach—has been a challenge to accept. For a while, I avoided cardio because I thought it meant I had to lose weight, but I’ve been working on rewiring that mindset. šŸ§ šŸƒā€ā™€ļø Weight gain isn’t bad. If you want to build muscle, you have to fuel it.
