chest & back 9.19.24 #postworkout 💙 -I haven’t hit chest & back in a few days and I definitely think you can tell definition wise. Overall, wasn’t a bad lift. I told myself at 9pm I wasn’t gonna but an energy drink but I did. The gym was pretty dead so I was able to find the machines I wanted pretty easily. 💪🏻 -When I filming this a group of girls passed by and started waving & cheering, literally made my day.
