chest & back 💙💪🏻 9.13.24 -To be completely honest todays workout was eh. My first PT appointment up north was suppose to be today but got re scheduled to Monday so maybe that has something to do with it. Felt more like I was going through the motions but I still showed up and put in as much as I could. -Luckily it’s Friday so I have the weekend to relax. I got sent a new hair tool so I’ll probably post that over the weekend. I have a few new videos coming up that I’m excited about so stay tuned :) I’m all caught up on classes and also get to test out my new microphone. In terms of school & work I’m doing great.
