new hair. new split 💪🏻🩵 -as i’ve been doing more PT I’ve been feeling a lot of relief with my knee. i’ve still got some sessions to go but I’m finally getting back into hitting legs. definitely a work in progress and because of that I have switched up my split but i’ve noticed a lot more gainz because of it so i’m really excited. today was also my last lift before I go back to school so feeling really nostalgic.
