The criteria is as follows: 1) Absolutely zero white cast 2) Gliiiides right on without needing extra layers of moisturizer 3) Zinc as the only active ingredient for rosacea / sensitive skin and 100% clean ingredients for the rest Not easy to find all three in one!!
