UPDATE: San Francisco Medical Examiner's Office has identified the 2nd victim who died in connection to the boat that sank on the bay Tuesday. Tondra Miller, 58, of Sacramento County, also known as Tondra Madruga, was found near Treasure Island on Thursday. Next of kin has been notified.
