A Maryland native with 4+ years in higher ed administration, Shelby brings serious organizational chops paired with a lifelong love for performance. A dancer since age 3, Shelby just wrapped her fifth season with the Washington Commanders Command Force, performed for troops overseas in Poland and South Korea, and has shared the stage with Wale and The Sugarhill Gang. She holds a B.A. in Dance from Mercyhurst University and is a Baltimore School for the Arts grad.
