Some meetings leave you with more than answers—they leave you with a new perspective.
Today I was reminded that we often define self-awareness by our flaws, insecurities, and the things we need to improve.
But that’s only one side of the story.
Self-awareness is also recognising your strengths, embracing your presence, owning your confidence, and appreciating your beauty—without apology.
Maybe the question isn’t only, “What do I need to improve?”
Maybe it’s also, “What have I been underestimating about myself?”
Sometimes self-awareness wears denim and a white shirt. 🤍
