Dana Falkenberg was born in University Park, Maryland, where she lived with her parents, Charles Falkenberg and Leslie Whittington, and her sister, Zoe Falkenberg. Dana was fascinated by princesses and often spent her day in costume. At night, she cuddled with a stuffed toy, Lambie. On 9/11, Dana and her family boarded Flight 77 to spend a few months in Australia. She was three years old.
