Elohim in Hebrew 'im' is a plural ending to a word. So that speaks of God being more than one but His name is always followed by singular verbs. So God is both one and many. He's singular and plural. He's purposeful. He's intelligent. He's unique. God is endlessly vast and fascinating and beautiful and stunning In no one lifetime could an individual however clever they are come to the end of discovering things about Elohim.
