Anthropic announced that an issue preventing Fable from being selectable as a model in Claude and Claude Code for approximately 30 minutes had been resolved. Users who were affected might need to restart Claude Code and, if Fable was no longer set as the default model, reselect it using the `/model'. The team also stated that users with extra usage enabled may have been overcharged during the incident.
