2021 is the year I became an author and I am so grateful to God! 💫📚 I remember the days in university when I would go to indigo chapters and write for hours, just praying that one day my book might be on shelves. I remember submitting said book and getting over a 100 rejections from agents. Fast forward to me pivoting and writing hurricane summer a few years later - and now it’s named one of the BEST YA BOOKS OF THE YEAR by indigo! The same place I spent reading rejection emails on the weekends. 💌 I just want to say a massive Thank you to everyone who supported this #HurricaneSummer this year.
