#DovePartner✨ What I remember most about this photo is being scared to take it. I was so sad because at the tender age of 5 years old, I believed that my hair was ugly. The media and mean kids at school had forced that agenda into my subconscious at such a young age, and I remember being terrified. Terrified that the world would see me, and not see enough. At five years old, I couldn’t see my own beauty. My own crown. I didn’t understand the Power it held.
