#SothebysNewYork! For the past month, fans from 31 countries battled it out for a chance to own artifacts from the biggest moments in sports history.
MVPs include Aaron Judge’s 2016 Yankees rookie debut jersey, which realized $1.8 million, and Pelé’s 1958 FIFA World Cup Final match-worn shirt, which achieved $4.8 million. All in all, the four auctions totaled $26 million.
