📍Joey Valley Fair 2855 Stevens Creek Blvd Suite 1840, Santa Clara, CA 95050 👏 It’s a new stunning spot with equally interesting dishes! We loved the Udon Carbonara ($28) which has the most luxurious egg based sauce. The steak and sushi combo ($40) had 6 steak slices in a ponzu sauce with a nice char taste. The Sichuan lettuce wraps were more PF Changs inspired (no Sichuan heat or taste) but refreshing still ($25). Surprisingly we didn’t have a wait for Friday night.
