Penn State Information Technology’s Information Security department will be using an AI-based security system called Abnormal AI to combat email-based cyber threats, it announced in an email Monday morning. Penn State IT Information Security will enable the Abnormal AI email security platform for all Penn State accounts next Monday, according to the email. It said it has already piloted the program.
