New around #MyWTC! Inside the new Printemps New York (printempsnewyork) at One Wall Street, Maison Passerelle is bringing a new kind of fine dining to Lower Manhattan. Led by chef Gregory Gourdet (gg30000), the restaurant blends classic French technique with flavors from Haiti, Vietnam, West Africa, and the Caribbean (a reflection of its name, “Passerelle,” or “bridge” in French). Set among One Wall Street’s historic interiors, the space pairs dramatic frescoes, stained glass, marble, and aquamarine tile with a menu already drawing attention for standout dishes like warm plantain bread, cane syrup-glazed duck, and lobster spaghetti. It’s part of Printemps’ first U.S. flagship, where luxury retail, landmark architecture, and destination dining come together here in our Lower Manhattan neighborhood.
