Woodbridge, Virginia reminded me what can happen when you loosen your grip on the plan.
This stop looked very different from Highlands and Raleigh. Eight women gathered in a cozy living room for a private sound bath, and somehow it felt exactly right.
What struck me most was how much the reflections from the women in the room mirrored what I’ve been learning on this journey myself.
One participant shared how much fear and anxiety came up for her around the gong, and as we talked, it opened into a deeper conversation about disappointment, anger, and what happens when life does not unfold the way we thought it would.
How tightly do we hold onto the original vision?
And what becomes possible when we loosen our grip just enough to let new information in?
This entire trip has been teaching me that.
This is actually reflecting back to me how much I have grown in terms of needing to know what the next steps are, and how important it really is hold the plan more loosely.
