According to TMZ_tv, the California Highway Patrol led the operation with assistance from the Burbank SWAT team. Officers detained YG while conducting the search, but he was later released and not arrested. _________________________ Authorities say the search warrant was served at a property connected to YG as investigators continue looking into Drakeo’s fatal stabbing backstage at the Once Upon a Time in L.A. festival in December 2021. As we previously reported, Drakeo passed after being attacked by a large group backstage. _________________________ Although YG and Drakeo previously had a public feud, YG has denied having any involvement in the late rapper’s death.
