They allege Chadwick’s parents, Leroy and Carolyn Boseman, were awarded a combined 50% share of the estate but have yet to receive all of the assets they’re entitled to. _____________________________________ The brothers claim the family has been kept in the dark about the estate, which includes movie royalties, image and intellectual property rights, investments, bank accounts and other assets.
