🎾 Creating the next generation of tennis activators. 🎾 This week, BTM delivered it’s first FREE LTA Activator Training Course in partnership with The Queen’s Club Foundation and the LTA, providing members of our community with an introduction to coaching, leadership and community tennis delivery. The course was led by our Founder Arum, who guided participants through the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to deliver fun, safe and inclusive tennis sessions within their own communities. It was fantastic to see such a diverse group of future coaches, mentors and community leaders engaging throughout the day, with many already excited to begin their journey supporting tennis sessions in schools, parks and community settings. At BTM, our mission is to create accessible pathways into coaching and leadership, particularly for individuals from ethnically diverse and underrepresented backgrounds.
